Free accounts currently have separate cumulative 120-minute allowances for live transcription, live translation, and teacher-question detection. File storage is labeled 1 GB in the interface and is actually 1 GiB.

Check and manage usage

  1. Open the account menu, then Settings and Usage and subscription.
  2. Check remaining time, total used, and remaining space. Select Refresh to update. Translated sessions reserve transcription and translation time; original-only sessions use transcription time alone. Follow each allowance shown for your account.
  3. Storage covers uploaded courseware and class recordings. If it is full, review unneeded content in your subject library and Trash, follow the permanent-deletion warnings, and refresh usage after removal is confirmed.

The 120-minute trial is cumulative per account rather than reset daily. Deleting a class does not restore consumed speech time. Moving content to Trash does not immediately release its file storage; permanent removal follows the page’s retention and deletion rules and cannot be undone. Refresh later if usage is unavailable. Do not interpret missing values as zero allowance or empty storage.
