Terms of Service

1. Service and contact

Syllink is a test project operated by its development team. For help with use or to report a problem, contact support@syllink.com. This beta currently has no paid memberships or payment features. If paid services are introduced in the future, prices and conditions will be explained separately.

2. Account use

Use an account you are entitled to control to sign in through a third-party option available on the website or by email. Protect your account and devices, and promptly tell us about any unusual use you discover. Signing in for the first time may create a Syllink account. Users below the age at which they can consent independently in their location should use the service with a guardian’s consent and guidance.

3. Courseware and classroom content

You retain your existing rights to courseware, notes, and other content you upload. You allow Syllink to use this content only as necessary to provide storage, syncing, retrieval, and processing features you actively use. You should ensure that you have the right to upload, record, or process the relevant classroom materials and follow your school’s, instructor’s, and local rules on recording, copyright, and privacy. Obtain the necessary permission in advance when other people’s voices or information are involved.

Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or materials you are not entitled to process. Do not attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the service.

4. Captions and AI results

Speech recognition, translation, summaries, and question analysis may omit words, mistranslate, or reach inaccurate conclusions. Demo classrooms use preset content; live features that have not been configured do not generate real results. Check original materials for study, exams, or other important decisions, and do not rely solely on automatically generated content.

5. Beta and service changes

During testing, features, capacity, and availability may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of faults. We will do our best to protect saved data, but we still recommend keeping original copies of important courseware and notes. We may restrict use that threatens security or infringes others’ rights and interests, and will explain the reason when reasonably feasible.

6. Stopping use and data processing

You can stop using the service at any time and delete some course content through the product. To delete your account and associated data, contact support@syllink.com. See the Privacy Policy for details on data processing.

7. Terms updates

We may update these terms as the product develops and will show the update date on this page. For changes that significantly affect your use, we will notify you in the product or through an appropriate channel. If you have questions or disagree with an update, contact the email address above.
