Syllink welcomes evaluations from schools, government and other organizations. The product is in testing and its current workflow is based on individual accounts and their session records. An organization evaluation does not mean a complete organization management platform is available.

Prepare a small evaluation

  1. Describe the setting, such as English- or Mandarin-language teaching, training or a lecture, and who needs captions, annotated materials and review.
  2. List input and output languages, participant count, class length, devices, and network conditions. Recording and translation choices are configured separately. Confirm the needed directions and current availability before a pilot rather than assuming that every provider language is supported.
  3. Confirm permission to record and process materials. Start with non-sensitive content and read the website's Privacy Policy and Terms.
  4. Use Contact us on the website to explain your needs and pilot scope. Confirm speech access and product suitability before testing.

Do not assume organization member management, single sign-on, shared workspaces, organization-level service guarantees or deployment in a specified region are available. These requirements need separate confirmation. Complete your internal evaluation before using sensitive content, handling data across regions or making a formal purchase. Individual account isolation does not cover every organizational governance requirement.
